Booking cancellation
A customer may request cancellation of a booking in writing. The plot is released back to inventory once the cancellation is processed.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are paid to the bank account from which payment was received, after verification. [Processing timeline to be specified.]
Any amounts already applied towards registration, statutory charges or third-party costs may be non-refundable.
Effect on benefits
If a property transaction is cancelled or reversed, any benefit entries generated from it are cancelled or reversed. Amounts already paid out may be recoverable in accordance with the transaction agreement.
Failed or duplicate payments
Failed or duplicate payments identified during verification are returned to the source account after reconciliation.
